1. Scope & Purpose

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the GenZModels website and platform (the “Platform”), operated by an EU-based entity (“GenZModels”, “we”, “us”).

The Platform is designed to:

  • receive applications from content creators (“Creators”), and
  • provide internal access for Creators, virtual assistants (VAs), and administrators for management and communication purposes.

Important: These Terms do not constitute a management, representation, or revenue-share agreement.

2. Eligibility

Use of the Platform is strictly limited to individuals who:

  • are at least 18 years of age, and
  • have full legal capacity to enter into contracts.

Important: GenZModels does not accept applications from minors under any circumstances.

3. Applications & No Contract Formation

Submitting an application via the Platform does not create any contractual relationship.

  • All applications are non-binding.
  • GenZModels is under no obligation to accept any applicant.
  • A collaboration only begins once a separate written agreement has been individually reviewed and signed by both parties.

4. Nature of the Relationship

GenZModels operates as a creator management and growth agency.

Nothing on the Platform shall be interpreted as:

  • an offer to sell goods or services,
  • a subscription model,
  • an employment relationship,
  • a consumer contract.

Important: All Creator collaborations are structured as independent partnerships, subject to separate agreements.

5. Revenue Share & Agreements

Any revenue sharing, commission structure, exclusivity, content obligations, or performance terms are governed exclusively by individually negotiated Creator agreements.

Such terms:

  • are not concluded via the Platform, and
  • do not form part of these Terms.

6. Platform Access & Accounts

Access to certain areas of the Platform may be granted to:

  • approved Creators,
  • virtual assistants (VAs), and
  • administrative staff.

Users are responsible for:

  • maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials,
  • all activities occurring under their account.

Important: GenZModels may restrict or revoke access at any time for operational or compliance reasons.

7. Communication

By submitting an application or using the Platform, users acknowledge that communication may take place via:

  • email,
  • messaging services such as WhatsApp, Telegram, or similar, and
  • internal platform tools.

Important: Communication is strictly related to onboarding, operations, and management activities.

8. Termination

GenZModels may suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time, particularly in cases of:

  • misuse,
  • violation of these Terms,
  • legal or compliance concerns.

Important: Termination of Platform access does not affect any separate contractual agreements unless explicitly stated therein.

9. Liability Disclaimer

The Platform is provided on an “as is” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • GenZModels does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability,
  • GenZModels is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from Platform use.

Important: Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by mandatory law.

10. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, branding, and software are the intellectual property of GenZModels or its licensors.

No rights are granted except those necessary to use the Platform as intended.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria, excluding conflict-of-law rules.

Important: The competent courts at the seat of GenZModels shall have exclusive jurisdiction, insofar as legally permissible.

12. Compliance, Prohibited Use & Content Standards

The Platform may be used only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws, third-party platform rules, and these Terms.

You must not use the Platform to:

  • submit, upload, share, request, or distribute any illegal content,
  • engage in or facilitate non-consensual content, exploitation, harassment, threats, or coercion,
  • share any content involving minors or that suggests a person is under 18,
  • infringe intellectual property rights or privacy rights of others,
  • circumvent security, scrape the Platform, reverse engineer, or interfere with Platform operations,
  • impersonate another person or provide false identity information.

Important: GenZModels may request verification information where necessary to ensure compliance, safety, and lawful collaboration. If we reasonably believe there is a compliance risk, we may restrict access, suspend an account, or terminate use of the Platform.

13. Verification & Safety Checks

To protect Creators, our team, and the Platform, GenZModels may perform reasonable verification and safety checks during onboarding and ongoing operations.

This may include:

  • confirming age (18+) and identity where required,
  • verifying ownership/control of relevant social accounts or creator profiles,
  • fraud prevention and security checks,
  • basic compliance screening related to lawful operations.

Important: If you do not provide required verification information within a reasonable timeframe, GenZModels may pause onboarding, limit Platform access, or close your application, without liability.
